It's a Phillips Norelco Bodygroom Shaver. Or basically, an electric razor for your balls. I had one of these for years, and it worked really well until it went kaput on me a couple of months ago. A standard beard trimmer just doesn't cut it when it comes to keeping delicate areas smooth—and I don't recommend depilatories, either.
