When I was on vacation in March I was hit up by this local guy who wanted to meat up for a date. He blew it off the moment I told him I was HIV+. Now he sent me a new message saying he wants to meet me next time I'm there, wich will be in September. Personally I'm doubtfull. But what do you guys think? Anyone had the same? What are your experiences?

It's quite possible that he's had time to learn a bit. He might have seroconverted since your last conversation. Any number of reasons for his behaviour, as to what to do about it, I allow one mistake: Was there any form of apology in his message? If there was I'd give him a cautious "yes", but would be prepared for him to waste his last chance. If there wasn't, I'd say something like "when I have and explanation and apology for your behaviour last time, I'll think about it."

I agree and have been in that same situation. I passed on a great cock that was poz to later learn more and eventually got fucked by the guy later. he fucked me silly, it was worth the reading and knowledge for me. I say give him another shot

so he blew you off, took 3 months to contact you, and wants to make a date for 3 months from now? i'd be wary, and i'd see if he keeps up communication in the meantime.

i'd give him a tentative 'yes' but have a backup in case he bails again.

He did keep in touch all those months. chit chat mostly. Then one day he asked me if I'd plan to go back and said he wanted to meet me if I did.
