** Can a guy truly perform as a top if he is doing PnP?

I mostly fuck bottoms. But every time that I have hooked up with a guy who does PnP (even if they say they are versatile or tops), they end up with limp party dick. And that is with a cock ring! And I have noticed tops are the most likely to have profiles that say "No Way!" in regard to PnP. There are a few of us for whom viagra is a necessity: diabetes attacks the nerves that control blood flow to the dick resulting in the inability to get an erection no matter how much you want one. A cockring helps too.

The number of guys with HIV going through metabolic disease (a precursor to diabetes) is growing incredibly, yet is going unnoticed by the medics. You mightn't need to force yourself into it, but some of us need a bit of help. Just because your body's working fine, don't assume that others of us have problems of our own making. That's one of the things I really like about this board: guys are honest and supportive of each other. Yes we've had some blazing rows, most recently about PrEP (unless it happened in a thread I wasn't watching), but I've never been on a board where so much respect is shown to other members.

Thank you for the super mature response! I appreciate it. As for stuff like Viagra, I have no problem with it in regard to other people. I was not pointing fingers at guys using Viagra. I was only speaking for myself and what it means if I were to take it. This post is just a question about guys planning to hook up that are in no physical shape to do so because they are tweaking. I guess this is why rawTOP considers many of these guys to be "just holes".

NYCBlack, another option is trimix. Our friend mr google is chockablock with information about it.

TriMix would come from a "formulating pharmacy" rather than a place like CVS or Walgreens. And you would need a urologist to prescribe it. It is an injectable which, I know, is off putting (the thought of sticking a needle in my dick was a bit scary at first). There are multiple trimix formulations, so it may take some experimenting to find the formula best for you - but when you do, it is a great thing. None of the interesting side effects as one gets from Viagra, Levitra or Cialis; all of the benefits.
