Maybe [it's annoying] because I want to do the same thing but hold back out of pride. Apparently, I'm not holding back. I'd announced my birthday a couple of days ago looking for suggestions for something to do. In response, I got a couple of e-mails from folks wishing to send me materials gifts, so I'd posted this Tweet.
