Hi everytime they do sex and dissapear it breaks my heart..i usually like some fun but with ppl i have feelings i make it clear i dnt want sex as i get emotions(so i tryfor arelation)but when they convince me they love me etc i do sex and disapear..i feel rly not confident and my self esteem from high is rock bottom and smtimes suicidal..what can i dov

Ideally you would find a therapist to help you work through your self esteem issues. Tell us more detail of how guys convince you they love you?
