Most ass toys can be broken up into two groups: training toys, and general use toys.

- Training toys start out at one smaller diameter and work their way up to a larger maximum diameter. Cock rings will keep you boned, but you don't want to wear them for hours on end. They work by restricting blood flow out of your cock, and are fine for fucking, but not so great for long term use.
