I found out on a offhand conversation that HIV edmonton works constantly to shutdown any free flesh exchange groups- even going so far as to place false police reports and charges on individuals who try to make them. A year or so back steamworks hosted cumunion(The holy promised land of barebacking) for a few months. HIV edmonton had a literal fucking stroke of rage hate and emptied its entire treasury to get it shut down. In response now steamworks hosts its own PRIVATE RUN prochoice bareback event called meatmarket.. EVERY SECOND SAT of the month. If you really want "it", I suggest going this sat 11th of july to steamworks. It is probably the best shot ( no pun intended) Short of having a literal syringe of HIV poz blood injected into a vein. of catching HIV. NOW IF PREP was easily available.
