slutboy30 Posted February 15, 2016 Report Posted February 15, 2016 Hey guys, I was wondering what the protocol around biohazard tattoos are. Some people think they are for poz guys only. My understanding is that they were for barebackers, people who either were poz or would probably become poz - but this was before PrEP. If a guy is neg and on PrEP but has sex often, with many partners, and never uses condoms, do you think he can get a biohazard tattoo?
