Absolutely! This is the story treatment I sent recently to a TIM director:

"Yes, a movie totally about a bug chaser hooking up with a toxic POZ Gift giver in each scene ending with 1 or 2 chasers in a gangbang scene with as many toxic guys as we can assemble together in 1 place at 1 time would be not only groundbreaking but also of fantastic interest to the many chasers there are in the world. 

You could start each scene interviewing the chaser or both of them about why they are chasing, how many the Gifter has converted, etc. You could show the chaser's negative HIV test results with his name & contact info blacked out.

You could end each scene with a VO or title sequence telling the audience the chaser had tested POZ however weeks or months later. Or stating that after 6 months, the chaser still tested neg. You could again show the chaser's subsequent test results, whether POZ or neg, before dissolving to the next scene. 

And if he is willing, you could interview the chaser briefly afterward asking him how his conversion to POZ has affected him, if he is now unmedicated and willing to pass our precious Gift on to other chasers, etc. Or, in the case of a guy who fails to convert after a period of time, whether he is still chasing or why he stopped."
