Motel Recommendation or low budget hotel

What is the options for motels or low budget hotels to stay. Doesn’t not have to be in Downtown Toronto. Need a place where it be ok to have some guys coming and going without managements stopping guest or knocking at doors etc. if it’s a hotel will need one where no room key is required for the elevator etc. Appreciate your recommendations.
