Can I start to take High Viral Load after 7 days of PrEP ?

I have no interested in being pozzed. Does 7 days of daily prep will protect me ? Thanks. I am really anxious.

I was advised not to take any loads until I had dosed for 7 days beforehand to ensure there was enough in my bloodstream.

However a French study showed that a double dose 2 - 24 hours before taking a load then one 24 hours after and another 24 hours after that was just as effective.

So either way you should be fine.
