BobNI Posted October 29, 2019 Report Share Posted October 29, 2019 I was advised not to take any loads until I had dosed for 7 days beforehand to ensure there was enough in my bloodstream. However a French study showed that a double dose 2 - 24 hours before taking a load then one 24 hours after and another 24 hours after that was just as effective.
