Can't log into chat

Can't even get into chat anymore...it keeps wanting me to be logged in...I already am and there is not a place to log into chat specifically. It keeps taking me back to the front page telling me I have to be logged in...

I occasionally get a white page and an error line when opening chat, I close it and it works the 2nd time. Have you tried clearing your cookies, logging out of BZ and logging in again, then trying chat?

I have never gotten the chat here to work, I saw a post that you use [deleted] I can down load that and we can chat

I've only ever been able to log in using Firefox... the Chrome browser has never worked for me.

So, every time I attempt to connect to get into the chat I get an error that says:

Array ( [error] => UserID and/or BrowserID was invalid ( / 18511945). ) 1

Debug: FP & IP. BID: 18511945

Has anyone else had this issue? Or have any idea what I can do to be able to connect? Ive used chrome and edge and both give me the message

I have only ever been able to connect using Firefox, if that helps.

I use Chrome and I almost never get access to chat the first time I try. I get an error message. But on the second try I almost always get through. It’s been that way for years.

I tried for the better part of 45 minutes last night heh. I just wasnt sure if it WAS something I was doing wrong

I'm using Safari or Chrome on a MacBook, and I always get the same error message no matter how often I try. Chat is usually so dead it's no great loss to me at least.
