One of my friends, who's boyfriend does tattoos and body modifications, recently got his sphincters cut by the latter so his anus is always gaping. I find that extremely hot and besides the odd accident, he said two enemas a day keeps it clean. Wanting to be permagaped also, what would be the best way to achieve the same result without surgery? I'm already wearing butt plugs 24/7 but my anus still closes relatively quickly afterwards. Any tips to destroy my anus more so it doesn't close?
