Fully serious question here, I've recently had two inconclusive blood results, the last was two to three  weeks ago. This week, the glands on the right hand side of my body have been swollen making it difficult to swallow.

When you converted, did you have one side of your glands swollen?

Best way to know for sure is to have your doc order a viral load test. Antigen test won't provide a result if you haven't fully converted. For some people, like me, this can take a couple months.

When I was pozzed, I had quite possibly the worst reaction to it than any other flu ive ever had in my whole life. I was in bed for nearly a month, with little to absolutely no energy, not even enough to get up for water. Swollen glands are a sign your body is kicked into action trying to fight something though.
