Semantics, I know - still... Hey the fact is that the fist inside if the top is fisting to the elbow or even deeper. The deeper the more sensitive and the tiniest movement of the fist or fingers creates enhanced sensation. With respect, I am guessing as a top you might need training before progressing to depth...
