A friend is seeking to use me in BDSM & PISS inside/drink Mix. using some liters of his stored 4 days piss.

will it be healthy to swallow or have it enema? as in BDSM you don't know what you get.

If he plans to collect four days worth of piss,  he should refrigerate it to at least slow down bacterial fermentation.  It could be warmed before play.   I would only use this saved piss for anal activities,  piss enema,  and mixing piss with J-Lube for fucking and toys.
