There is this prostitute who doesnt hide her lesions because some men like licking them trying to be infected with smallpox. It's not much, but still it is some representation! It is so rare to find media talking about bugchasing, especially on tv! Btw the episode per se is not that good, but the sex scenes are quite hot. Even tho we are talking about straight sex, lol.
