I had the sheer luck of being born in a country that has world-class publicly-subsidised health care. Even here, I'm sure that many guys outside the big cities don't know about PreP, don't feel comfortable visiting the one doctor and pharmacist in town, or would struggle to pay for the medication (which would be about USD30 a month). I'm sure the same is true for STI testing.

Thanks for reminding me, and I'm sure others, about the privilege of the options I have.
