Your best bet is to go into Soho, which isn't that far on the Tube. You have Clone Zone and Prowler there, plus a couple of fetish stores.

Expand Yeah I know all the soho spots, just thought I could save myself a bit of travel if there was somewhere nearby. amazing what little gems of stores I’ve found around the city thanks to people’s local knowledge
