Hi! Can anyone recommend a central hotel to stay at in Vilnius? Preferably one that doesn't require keycards for using elevators and accessing the hotel and so on.

Honestly not that much to say, it's discreet.

There is one gay bar, but this bar is definitely not a cruising place.

I would say the best way is to use Grindr (mostly no face).
