I usually stay in Manhattan but want to try something different.

I checked the listings on bcdhotels.com... the only thing in this area is Airway Inn, which isn't near a subway line. And they seem to be sold out for my dates

Any other suggestions? Looking at Crown Motor Inn and Woodside Motel

I prefer the sleazier spots...

Woodside Motel is seedy. Flushing Motel is too but with better access to the subway. I've bred cumdumps in both. I would prefer Flushing Motel as its a true hourly motel. Woodside Motel attracts gen-pop tourists also.

I have a buddy who uses Imperial Hotel in East New York, Brooklyn as a cum-dump motel. The J/Z subway station is a block away. I have never been so I don't know how it is. You might want to research it first because many NYC hotels now house migrants - which may be a good thing since that attracts alot of foot traffic (possibly dl men) to the area.

This motel is a shelter now i think. I need to find another one in Brooklyn for my black kings 🙂. Open to Bronx ….

Fair Theatre is still fun. It's been smelling pretty rank over the years, but it still gets a crowd going on weekends.

Fair is the best place if you like mature blue collar ethnic guys mixed in with trans. Thursday, Friday and Sundays are the days I prefer. Saturdays are way too busy with guys/trans booth hogging the entire day. The straight porn theater has so much dark room potential. LOL, I get stoned when I go there and imagine the same thing when I am in that straight theatre. I also want to do something with those small TV rooms. Make them some type of sling room.
