Thisvid.com help!

Hi there. I'm a member of thisvid.com. I worked hard to get my friend count up so I could watch most clips on there. I also posted a lot of content. However on 29 September, as a result of being slightly trashed I had to reset my password.  I did this through the normal procedure on the site, made a request  and waited for the new login details to be sent to my email.  As of  tonight, (17 October)I have yet to receive  anything. Therefore I have effectively  been locked out of my  profile. I've tried redoing the initial steps , a lot of times. I've hunted all over the site or an email address and I cant find anything.  I've also  used the suggestion box as a method for highlighting to anybody involved in running the site to address a key criticism,  I've also tried to @ them on Twitter. All to no success nd help to ensure word of mouthcontinues to support the film in it's long post-theatrical run. I'm wondering if anybody has  an email or some other  way to contact  somebody who is directly repsible or membe satisfaction  or help

This has happened to me and I’ve largely given up on it. No reply to reset password and no help given!

I had to reset my password about two weeks ago. I did what you have probably tried already. I clicked on the "I forgot my password " option. I was prompted to type the email address that I used for Thisvid, I was also asked to verify that I'm not a robot and within 3 minutes I had a new password delivered to my email account. If you have several email accounts, make sure to use the right one and that you check all inboxes in case the message is sent to your spam or junk mail folder.

As the new password is randomly generated as is a series of alphanumerics, I recommend copying it. Follow the link on the email to the email to reenter you username and paste in the new password. You'll be asked to verify that you're not a robot and you'll access your account.  I was reconnected in second. Hope it helps you get back but if it doesn't, open the thisvid page and at the bottom of the page there is a tab for support. I used it to contact a site moderator when the reset password  option didn't work. They came back to me within a couple of hours.
