When I first came out I hooked up with an older guy who showed me a pic of a friend that had a tattoo of monkeys coming out of his hole. It was hilarious.

It depends on the experience of the tattoo artist. I have a tattoo around the anus, it was mildly painful but manageable. It is a tedious healing process though. It was worth it. I plan to a tattoo on my penis next
