living with HIV in Central/South American countries - treatment availability?

Planning my life long term, I am strongly considering investing and then spending a good chunk of the year in a Central or South American country (thinking about Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama or Colombia, may tweak the list depending on economical or geopolitical factors) - I like the weather, the food and of course the men, so why not.

I have been undetectable for ~10 years and on Biktarvy the past few years. What is the availability of reliable HIV treatment in those countries? If I have to pay out of pocket, how expensive would that roughly be in USD?

Also more generally - anyone else did the same move and can share their experience?

Considering that Mexico is Latin America but is North America, medications are generally less expensive and more readily available over the counter. Check out (Google): Farmacias Similares and Ahorro.
