Where is the most active beats / public in melbourne ?

One thing I loved about the first year of the pandemic was how busy Westgate Park and other cruising spots became as saunas and venues closed. 
 

Remember spending 28 hours at Westgate at one point because there was just  constant stream of guys wanting to fuck and breed. 
 

is it wishful thinking that there might be  beat somewhere where this still happens ? 
 

any recommendations ?
