Where and at what time to go in Barcelona?

I visit BCN at the end of august. I want to go to all the hotspots for us (Basement, Rectum, Open mind, etc.).

I am into rubber and pissing. Where is the greatest chance to meet like minded guys for action?

At what time people start to cruise around (I know that people in Spain go out very late, maybe they start earlier in „my bars“).

Which bar is popular at the moment? What about Open Mind and the re-opening?
