A few months ago while visiting the sexual health clinic ( Chlamydia and gonorrhoea ) one of my ball swelled to the size of a large egg ( think lop sided  Antonio Biaggi )

Im having this removed later this week - has anyone else experienced this ?

I haven't heard of it.  What exactly causes it?  Was it the result of chlamydia or gonorrhea, or is it an STI itself?

Not sure if it's the same thing but I've heard it referred to as a spermatocele.  It isn't STI related, AFAIK.  Unless it's particularly severe, they don't usually treat it.
