How to approach homeless men?

It's a long story but I was in a psych facility and met a homeless black crackhead there. He would flirt with me and I fell in love with him. He was strangely good looking, dark smooth brown skin and clear skin and nice teeth. He had some kind of crack/alcohol psychosis where he would shout to himself sometimes. Ever since I got out, I find myself now being attracted to homeless crazy black guys very desperately. I want to approach them for sex, but I'm shy and don't know where to start. I don't do condoms so I wonder how willing are they to get tested if I help them out. I live in a big city so I have a lot to choose from. Recently I saw one by the subway station. He was dark skinned, nice curly grey hair, a bit older. Shouting at me as I walked past but kind to his own race as he asked them for money. It was really cold and I felt bad for him. How do I approach him..I was thinking of asking if he could help me with furniture for some money..
