I’m going to rent a house with a viable play space for several slings, two fuck benches, fuck tables, twin bed, TVs, cams (optional), rim chair, and toys for boys. Love the leather scene. 
 

Which would be better Norfolk or Richmond?

Living in between the two areas, Richmond has actual kinky bars while Norfolk's scene is quite moderate and insular. But each city has its niche. Thirsty's in RVA is where I go to fuck whereas MJ's in Norfolk is where I go to hobnob with leather folk.
