nanana Posted Tuesday at 09:53 PM Report Posted Tuesday at 09:53 PM Hi guys, I‘m chatting with a guy  off a relatively edgy gay hookup site. I imagined I had Cyberchemistry with him, but his repetitive use of stock phrases, his quirky response timing, and his sporadic responsiveness  (or lack thereof) to questions I ask, many of which he doesn’t pick up on, make me wonder if he’s not yet ready to pass the Turing test. ChatGPT tells me his pics are real but after I got “undercover-cop-AI “vibe, I reverse looked up his phone number and it was for some woman 1,000 miles away from his location. Of course people keep their cell phone numbers when they move. I’d welcome any gut reactions, data or anecdotes in this space. Thoughts?  (I'm not against dildos, but not sure I   am ready for a dildo with a 160 IQ that talks back.) Thanks in advance.  NaNaNa Quote
SomewhereonNeptune Posted Wednesday at 03:15 AM Report Posted Wednesday at 03:15 AM Funny you mention this. I recently updated my A4A profile, and I got someone (no pic, so that's already sus), and his responses didn't match what I asked. Plus his profile was rather too "eHarmony" for my tastes, which always sets my intuition on alert. It never got as far as a phone number or beyond kick-off chatting because my profile clearly states a "No Pic/Empty Profile = No chat". When a profile says "Photos are the key to start chatting" and has no photos, then when you challenge him about that in a clever way, he responds with "Great, what are you looking for here?" that's my cue for my block game. verbalBTTM Posted 21 hours ago Report Posted 21 hours ago I created an account on A4A a month ago and ran into the same thing. The phrasing was slightly off and the conversation didn't seem to have that normal flow to me. I was positive that it was AI, people who want to get laid on a gay hook-up site don't have normie dating comments. We're usually just looking to fick Quote
