Push me to be a no loads refuse cumdump at Sauna NZ, NM or vondel

I really want to be a no loads refused cumdump, but when I get to the cruising spot I always chicken out after 1 load. Does any dominant top in Amsterdam want to push me to take more loads?

Ah, I understand. I hope you are first and foremost on PrEP, right? And get yourself a regular check at GGD and/or GP. 

If you do this, you shouldn't be that scared. I hope anyway. What happened that got you this scared?

I got a really painful case of oral chlamydia, and also a couple of nasty cases of gonorrhea while traveling. It was a huge hassle to sort it out. I keep fantasizing about taking more loads but I always get pulled back by those memories.

That sounds bad indeed! 

So you only need to get your checkup timing in order and you can take as many loads as you like. You will be fine and let go of the bad memories.

Yeah that's a good point, if I time my checkups for a week or so after being a cumdump it might make me less anxious

The last times you got a STD, how long did it take to notice you caught something? Within a week? Some STD's show fast, some others take a bit longer. It can take 6 weeks before a test indicate you have a STD. 

Meaning: a week after being a cum dump is most likely a bit too early. And it's important you have a regular check anyway. (Mine is every 3 months.) And I assume you are on PrEP. Hiv is a different ballgame.

Last time I had a painful STD it showed up within a week. But yes, I take prep on demand and get tested every 3 months anyway.

You could consider to take doxy after a breeding session.

Using DoxyPEP is in the Netherlands discouraged. Long-term effects are still unclear, and there is also a greater risk of antibiotic resistance. If antibiotics don't work anymore, than there is need to fear STD's for real.

Ok, you have the right approach. With PrEP and regular checkups you will always be on time if you caught something. I hope you feel better about being a cumdump for more than one guy at once?
