Suggestions for an easy access hotel to host a cum dump party?

Looking to plan a weekend in Chicago and I'm looking to a good hotel with a liberal guest access policy to host a cum dump, breeding party in the 'non-bathhouse peak' times. Will be going to MansCountry and Steamworks on Friday and Saturday nights but want to get as may loads as I can for the weekend. I'm looking for suggestions for the Boystown area and prefer something with wi-fi access to invite guys over.

Any local Chicago guys have any ideas? I'd also be open to being a cum slave for a dom top with a well stocked dungeon or playroom, so if that's you, let me know.
