How do you prepare your body and immune system for a week of fun abroad?

I recently came back from a week of intense partying in Berlin and returned full of symptoms : fever, cough, diarrhea,  and had to work from home for two weeks.

I probably caught several bugs there. This keeps happening every time I travel. I’m getting sick very easily (even though all my health checkups every 2 months are fine).

I’m going to spend the end of the year in Maspalomas and I would ike tips on how to prepare my body to avoid getting sick again. I’ll be there for 14 days and the last thing I want is to get sick

I don’t know if this happens only to me, but every time I use poppers for more than 3 days in a row, I end up catching a cold
