wehoweho Posted 6 hours ago Report Posted 6 hours ago I recently came back from a week of intense partying in Berlin and returned full of symptoms : fever, cough, diarrhea, and had to work from home for two weeks. I probably caught several bugs there. This keeps happening every time I travel. I’m getting sick very easily (even though all my health checkups every 2 months are fine). I’m going to spend the end of the year in Maspalomas and I would ike tips on how to prepare my body to avoid getting sick again. I’ll be there for 14 days and the last thing I want is to get sick I don’t know if this happens only to me, but every time I use poppers for more than 3 days in a row, I end up catching a cold Quote
lower_bucks_bottom Posted 1 hour ago Report Posted 1 hour ago You should start with DoxyPEP [think before following links] https://www.cdc.gov/sti/hcp/doxy-pep/index.html while not 100% it is good for most bacterial infections. When I go on a week or more fun vacation I take 2 every other day. Next you should get on Prep if you are still HIV negative [think before following links] https://www.hiv.gov/hiv-basics/hiv-prevention/using-hiv-medication-to-reduce-risk/pre-exposure-prophylaxis Quote
