Locled out of access to site.

I keep getting this message on the home page. And I cannot access the site.

I constantly have issues with access to this site and find it very slow to respond.

I often wonder if it's because I live in Australia.

Will I get credit for the days I have been locked out?

Have you tried using a VPN. I use one to by-pass the stupid UK online access law that came in to force in July (requiring sites to robustly check that users are 18+).
