Watched a foreign movie about dating an HIV+ person

I just finished watching a short movie (about 30 minutes long) about two young guys who meet. One HIV+, one not. There were a couple of steamy scenes, but deals with the struggle of modern dating and sex. The movie is in Spanish, but with English subtitles. The title of the film is “The Day Began Yesterday” on Tubi; not a fan of commercials, but that’s life. 
 

I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on movies with similar themes that they enjoyed.
