Auto immune issues

So I have recently been diagnosed with a couple of auto immune issues but I still want to chase. There is a likelihood that I'll be put onto immune system blockers for a while but I just can't get off with neg/safe sex. I want to be able to keep taking any and every load but I'm worried my immune system will kill me if I convert while on the meds. Should I try to convert before the doctors start treatment or wait until I'm on the mend? I just really want to convert more than anything

As someone who had a transplant and wad on immunosuppressants for a period of time I would STRONGLY encourage you to NOT have unprotected sex until your medical condition is under control.  It is just not HIV, its any potential infection your body might acquire.  

This comes from someone who came very, very close to dying 3 times.  Its not a joke or fantasy.  Unless you are willing to accept that you have a very real chance of your life ending, dont do it.
