Testicular Injections

Recap of self administered testicular injections.

This is documentation on injecting my testicals with saline in preparation for eventual castration with Calcium Chloride injections to each testical.  After doing considerable reading on the topic of castration this way.  I decided that leakage was my biggest concern.  As such and talking to several people I decided stretching the testicals first to accept more fluid would provide extra space for the CaCl injections and thus less issues with leakage, this was my main concern.  

Products were readily available on Amazon.  I ordered 23gx1” hypodermic needles and syringes of varying capacities.  The saline solution also was available there, though not purposed for injection, yet for inhalation at 0.9%.  I ordered a box of 100 5ml single use ampules.  

December 24th, 2017 (Christmas Eve)

This was really the trial run.  My intent was really to see if I could do it myself.  My right testical has always been smaller than my left.  The left also always seemed to be firmer.  

The trial was 1ml/1cc into each testical.  After tying both low in the sac and making the skin very taunt. I prepped the syringes with 1ml of fluid each.  I was careful to remove any air and over drew the amount required to evacuate any air.  I was careful to use alcohol preps to maintain the sterile field.  I decided not to reuse the syringes and simply use a new for each testical injection.   I without thinking choose the right testical first.  

The actual penetration was not difficult.  Though I could clearly feel the difference between the outer sac skin and the tunica.  There was only very slight discomfort from the penetration and once through the tunica nothing at all.  I then drew back on the syringe plunger to assure I was not in a vein.  Then slowly injected the saline fluid.  I felt almost nothing as far a pain or pressure.  I removed the needle and only a small blood drop appeared.  

Injecting the left went about the same.  However, after the injection there was pain from the pressure.  It felt as if it was being squeezed (this was what I expected).  The main difference was it could not be removed.  

Overall this went better than i expected.  I thought I would have greater reservations or hesitation.  Over all this went well.  

December 25th, 2017 (Christmas Day)

Thinking on the results of the day before.  I wanted to up the volume on injection.  I followed the same procedures but increased the fluid amount to 2ml per testical.  

This resulted in pressure pain in both testicals.  The right not nearly as prevalent as the left.  Again just pressure in both with the left being more painful than the right.  The pain lasted approximately 10-15 minutes.  

December 26th, 2017

During the day today I decided I needed to set goals to progress with increasing the volume of fluid injected.  I decided to increase the volume by .5 ml per day.  The injections would continue daily only to be interrupted by work travel.  

I injected each testical with 2.5ml.  These injections were far more difficult to complete, as the pressure increased the commitment decreased.  These resulted in fairly extensive pressure pain in both testicals, again lasting approximately 10-15 minutes and the feeling was far greater almost as if being kicked in the testicals.  Both testicals were very firm/hard to the touch.  This appeared to last nearly 45 minutes.  By the morning they appeared to back to there normal state.  

I have not noticed any change to the feel or size of the testicals.
