I let go when I realized that men have been breeding raw since the day time began. That is why our species is so prolific. I refuse to feel guilty about doing what is instinctual. I refuse to buy into the propaganda that I am supposed to live happily in defiance of my most innate functions. Just because my form of practicing humanity's most basic imperative doesn't produce physical children doesn't deny me the basic right to do what men do: we rut.
I don't want to die, but I'm going to. Die. I am going to die. I will be happy if they find a "cure" for HIV/AIDS. But cutting myself off from myself will not "cure" me. AIDS is a byproduct of sex that needs a solution because procreation is indeed an imperative that humanity must tackle head on. But we are not going to stop having sex in the meantime, are we, either? So why should I have sex with condoms when the truly puritanical way of practicing it requires you to ride raw?
Shooting loads is what I am supposed to do physically. Whether I am supposed to produce a child to shoot my loads with moral authority has no real value in the face of the fact that it is really in the end what we all do and must do in order to preserve our species.
My only advice is that if you decide to live by this ethos, you must be truly honest with the men you have sex with. If you roll raw, you must be honest with yourself and understand that being HIV+ is not without its consequences. But life is all about risk taking and just because you embrace this risk for yourself doesn't mean you are entitled to embrace it by proxy for others. Be honest with others because you must be honest with yourself. But I embrace my brand of piggy gay man bareback sex - buttfucking until we explode inside of each other kind of raw rutting, guilt free by making my status mutually consentingly clear.
