These three installments are simply great. It’s not always “techno blaring, pound the guy into the next county” action, but you get a real sense (ok, a “real feel”) of the people. The characters are lifelike, not store window mannequins. P-town is in its own way a cloistered community, and this weekend of frenzy and fucks shows off many oddities of that time and place. Saying any more might be a spoiler, and God knows there have been more than a few surprises.1 point
