Recovering from anal condyloma surgery

I had the surgery and it took me around 3 months for things to start feeling better and able to have anal sex again. I would not rush your healing because the last thing you want is to get an infection in that area. You'll also want to keep an eye on them if they come back. Congrats on getting them taken care of. Most people who have them don't get treated and are in complete denial that they have them. Also, for anyone who has a Dr. telling them to wait because they might go away on their own is completely full of it.
