My doctor told me almost all sexually active gay men have or get Hep B, there wasn't much to be done about it.  However, I got Hep C in 2018 and that scared the hell out of me, my urine was brown, and he had me on Mavyret for twelve weeks, not the normal eight.  The medicine had no effects, when I saw the retail cost it blew my mind.  Thank God I had no copay, and the way the medication is dispensed makes it easy to remember to take.  Now every time I go to have my labs drawn he runs the Hep C numbers, so far it looks like I am undetectable.

I am glad I mentioned it to my doctor. I initially thought my urine was that color because of "enhancements" leaving my body, but after awhile  the pain was so great when I urinated I finally had to tell him.  I am glad I did, Hep C had never crossed my mind.  Using Mavyret was so convenient, easy, I'm thankful to be aline and not have to deal with it any longer.

I’m glad you were able to get it under control. Sounds scary as fcuk.

@bugRyanand I have been flirting back and forth for a while. We both admitted our cybercrush to each other, but I don't think we know that much about one another. That probably doesn't matter - it's all about fun and spreading it around and getting pervy.

    I love bugRyan

Do you ever get tired of feeling like a victim? Do you think that's accidental, or possibly intentional? For years now the democratic party has been sounding alarms for all of its followers to keep them in a constant despair and an agitated state. From a psychological standpoint, the fastest way to unite people is to get them to hate someone or something, and that's what the party has been doing for years. Do you ever wonder why many of the problems you face every day never get solved, even during the numerous instances in which the democrats had a majority in the house and senate and the presidency, but yet these simple issues, which could be solved quickly by an act of congress, never get solved?? My believe is it is intentional, because they need to keep these issues alive to keep you angry and to get you to donate money. If you really want to see how little the democrats have solved, watch the 1960's television show "All In The Family" and see how little has been solved in the last 50 years and the things that actually got worse in the last 50 years. Back in the 60's and 70's, the black community has a mentality of "we shall overcome". Advance 50 years and now they, along with many other minorities, have become "victims" of everyone and everything and have been trained to become dependent on the government to solve their problems, which we all know will never happen. White people are encouraged to "hate themselves because of their privilege". Critical race theory further induces people to believe the odds are already stacked against them, thus making them further dependent on the government for assistance. I think it's sad so many democrats choose to wake up every morning, run to their liberal news sources such as CNN and MSNBC (which, by the way, are falling faster in the ratings than a penny dropped from the Eiffel tower, while Fox news soars - that alone should tell you something) and find something new to be angry about that day.

If you want to live your life in a continuous spiral of misery and victim-hood, that's your choice. Keep tuning into CNN and keep finding new reasons to be angry and miserable and keep believing the propaganda you're being fed, and keep hoping the democrats will solve your problems. Or, you can choose to get off that roller coaster and start living a more happy and productive life.

Oh, I am not a victim. I am a Pragmatist gathering data to keep up with what is going on around me. That way, I can assess situations and take action if need be.

Oh, I see. You operate under a dual-standard, with "Republican Facts" bearing no weight and "Democrat facts" always being correct and accurate. Did you ever stop to think that maybe Republicans feel the same way about your set of "facts" that you do about theirs? Ad d as to facts, what I see on here is mostly opinion, completely lacking of factual support. I'd love to see more provable facts on here before people voice their opinions or echo back what they've been told without doing any of their own investigation.

But what you just described is exactly what Fox News does to fire-up its Republican base. Fox News has been spewing lies that, as you say, "lack factual support" for years (Example: the great election steal). All those lies have culminated a base of hate not just to minorities and gays, but to Democrats in general.

Yesterday I was driving from Georgia to Florida and when I crossed the State line into Florida, I saw two Billboards in close succession. The first read "DON'T BE A DEMOCRAT".  The second read "DEMOCRATS ARE RUINING AMERICA. Go to www.americanaffliction.com".  I checked out the website and found it repulsive, but I encourage everyone to check it out.

Anyone that thinks that the Republican base is not coming after us has their head in the sand.

I respect your opinion, Close2MyBro, but I think you are out to lunch on this one.

One of the most alarming things about the raft of abortion laws coming out of the red states has been their desire to criminalize things like crossing state lines to procure an abortion (i.e. that Highway Patrol officer pulls you over as you're driving from Texas to New Mexico if your pregnant and he thinks you might be going to get an abortion), or "aiding and abetting" abortion (which could be anything from donating to abortion funds to driving that pregnant friend to merely putting them up for the night along the way).  On top of that, we're also seeing laws originally designed to evade Roe that enable private causes of action against those  assisting in an abortion (i.e. it's not just the cops coming after you but well-funded private anti-abortion groups and individuals can sue you civilly; as far back as the 16th century the common law has generally determined that this is a terrible idea because it's so easy to exploit for profit and to settle scores).

One only needs to look at very recent Irish history to see just how crazy this can get.

And while Alito and Kavanaugh JJ. were at great pains to say that Dobbs doesn't strictly imply the end of Griswold, Lawrence, or Obergefell, given how they both flat-out lied to Congress about their positions of Roe, let's just say I take such assurances with a pillar of salt.

We also know that Congress is hostile to pretty much anyone sex positive; viz. FOSTA-SESTA (i.e. the sex worker endangerment act) and have their eyes on going after porn as well (and First amendment guarantees from this Supreme Court don't exactly inspire much confidence,

And, of course, let's not forget our events are being targeted by fascists.  Though the cops did do their job.  This time.

    So what can we do?

    • It is absolutely unacceptable and indeed dangerous for our personal information to be beyond our own control online.  Pinkwashing notwithstanding, total surveillance capitalism contains within it all the tools that radical right wingers and fascists need to identify us, locate us, impose their will on us, erase us, and kill us.  Should they come to power, these corporations will have no problem with selling us out.  Look at how they've acted in China.  Ditch them.  Ditch the internet as much as possible.  Learn how to protect your private data and follow through and do it.

    • Be politically engaged and active.  If you're American, of course you should be enraged by what Republicans and right wing radicals and fascists are doing.  But you should also be enraged by the Democrats, who have been exploiting this situation to fundraise and cement themselves in political office.  Hold their fucking feet to the fire.  Because, time and again we've elected them and time and again they've caved.  Fight for those things that no-one else will.  Porn.  Sex workers.  Fight to get rid of vice squads.  Fight for drug decriminalization and harm reduction.  Fight for all those things that make "normal" and "moral" people uncomfortable.  Be willing to be the guy speaking up for unpopular causes.  This is exactly what Pride is supposed to be about.  So don't be embarrassed.  Our motto should be WWLFD? (What Would Larry Flynt Do?)

    • We need more out-of-the-box thinking.  The Satanists using a form of legal aikido to convert religious freedom laws from attacks on us to assets?  That kind of thing.  Find a church that's dying and take it over in the name of Venus/Aphrodite and Cupid/Eros.  A lot of our events are damn near religious experiences anyways.  Let's formalize the process and do it out in the fucking open.  Let's make pulling out your dick and rubbing one out a sacrament and demand that the high school football team engage in our kind of prayer, or go and pray for the souls of those poor benighted heathens.  For that matter, why shouldn't Molly or K or whatever be part of our sacred rituals?  There are already precedents for this elsewhere.

    • Acquire and learn how to use a firearm. We are just as entitled to AR-15s as the bullies are.  And guns ain't going away anytime soon in the US.  So we've got to make the fascists afraid of us.  We cannot count on the cops.  Some of them are fascists and/or homophobes themselves.  And even if they aren't, if you learn nothing else from Uvalde, it's that when push comes to shove, cops will save their own skin before going out on a limb to save you or me.

I'm sure there's more.  I'm sure this is controversial for some of you. Or maybe you've got more ideas.  But one thing is clear:  the radical right is out to get us and no-one else is coming to the rescue.  We've got to look to ourselves.

I fear that you are correct. This has been coming for some time and the tides of “their justice” have turned against us. I think we need to brace ourselves for a tough road ahead. While we do get some support from people who are not like ourselves, in the end it’s going to be up to us.

Nice! You and your straight buddy were both lucky guys, @barefootboy.

Some of the hottest sex I've ever had as a top involved establishing (from experimentation on the fly) that my boyfriend at the time, and I, were both into spit play. I had permission to spit into his mouth and on his face, and he had permission to spit back. The intensity of that encounter rivaled the intensity of our bare, mixed-status, pre-U=U, fucks.

That is so hot and sexy.

  7. I think it is kinda hot. I used to be with this straight married man and we did that. He dominated me and sometimes I would spit at him to get him all riled up.  We always had a good time doing that. He spit on me, pissed on me and in me and always came hard in my ass. I thought he was a lot of fun.

I was in a video arcade a while back sucking and getting fucked.  A married Latin guy got in the booth with me and wanted to fuck me but he put a condom on and I said no thanks.  After that, I lube my ass with baby oil before I go out cruising to fix any situation like that.

I didn’t think of baby oil. That would have been better for me than Vaseline

  9. I've taken condoms off guys who were fucking me and the reaction has been mixed.

I used to belong to a married men's sex group that met twice a month at a hotel. 90% married to women and had children and about 10% gay guys (like me) who were sponsored by a married guy. There was one guy (a gay guy) who became the group's condom Nazi.  He spent more time checking for condoms than getting fucked.

I did fuck bb with a few guys there anyway, but there were guys that wore condoms. I would tell them it was okay to bareback me, but again, reaction was mixed.

I decided to do an experiment for a period of time at the group parties...........when I came in the room and stripped, I would always lube my hole. I started lubing my hole with vaseline which would cause the condom to rupture. I wanted to know how many guys would keep going when the condom broke. Results: 13 fucks (over a few week period) and one guy, ONE, told me it broke. I told him it was okay to continue and he did.

12 other guys didn't tell me. I find it hard to believe that they were unaware that the condom broke even if they could not feel the break because they watched their cock pump in and out of my hole while they fucked me. 1924494641_MyAss-NewPic.jpg.01c98b8bd29a33de6857aac99825e326.jpg

And for anyone here who is about to jump my case for doing something immoral, I had no STDs during those fucks that would get passed on. I work for a company that has a clinic on site and I got tested after every sex party.

Gay or Straight, I think more guys like it bare.  As time went on, I decided to tell all guys that I was bb only and the choice was theirs. Very few have walked away.
