I want to change my email address from an old one on here to a new one I got recently. But when I go to account settings and change email and put in my new email it says someone is already using it. That is not possible. I am the only one that has this new email address. What can I do to correct this?

"You are only allowed to send 0 messages per day"

Why can't I send any messages? It says I am allowed 0 messages per day. What do I need to do to get this changed. Any help is appreciated.
