I tried stirring the needle in the testicles. I used 19 g hypodermic needles for this. It feels very cool and pleasant when you find the right place for the needle to penetrate. Stirring is a special thrill and the feeling is quite addictive. One must be aware that it can severely damage the testicles. From infertility, reduction in testosterone production to complete destruction of the testicles, essentially castration. But the feeling is too hot for me to want to stop.
