Am looking for an open minded flatmate at the beginning of July to move in, don't mind if you like to walk around naked or have an exhibitionist streak
I have a double bedroom available (11 m2) in modern 2 bedroom duplex apartment near New Cross Station.
The bedroom is furnished and comes with a double bed and wardrobes.
The modern flat is located on the top 2 floors of an apartment block with downstairs a spacious living/dining room, fully outfitted kitchen, downstairs shower room with toilet and an outside terrace. (the rabbits are moving out as well ) Upstairs the 2 bedrooms with a bathroom. Total size is 72 m2.
The building has a reception, small gym (free of charge), secure bike storage, a larger communal roof terrace and secure car park (additional cost)
Rent is £875, which includes all bills except Sky. The flat is non-smoking but you can smoke of course on the terrace
You will be sharing one person. I'm 30, originally from Netherlands and been living here almost 5 years now. Am easy going, tidy, open minded, non-smoker, not much of a partier but do enjoy the occasional house party.
