Two main uses come to mind.
1. Take one of your fellow pigs blood from him with a Syringe. Inject his blood into a visible vein on your body. It's a great horny thing to slam someone's dirty blood into yourself. More infection. More fun!
2. Use dirty blood as a lubricant for more intensity.
