I’m a health care worker.   

Over the years I;ve had some concerns.  I take reasonable precautions,  On PreP and now use DoxyPep.   For me the concern isn’t the bareback sex it’s the environment I wasnt it in.  I like anon and I guess the risk that goes with it.   But on the hole I don’t loose any sleep over it.  My biggest frustration isn’t the act it’s how difficult it’s gotten at my age.  Everyone is looking for twinks and not chubbyolder guys..

Actually, not so rare. Pretty common, actually.  Pt's aren't always warned about it though, so they panic. Depending on the level of BPH, other meds like Finasteride will also attribute to retrograde ejaculation.. All the alpha-1a- blockers can cause retrograde ejaculation.
