I just saw this post but you may want to get tested for giardia. I've had that happen from rimming before and had diarrhea that wouldn't go away and wasn't responsive to Imodium. I ended up being lactose-intolerant for about 6 months after treatment, which is a known side effect for some people. If it is giardia, it has to be treated, it only continues to get worse if not treated and can lead to severe nutritional deficiencies.
