Guest Posted December 1, 2012 Report Posted December 1, 2012 Im on atripla now for 4 years. Once in a while I like to take a cialis before going to the spa, but I've noticed it doesn't seem to work as well. I get hard, but not rock hard and not as long lasting. I've read where atripla may decrease the amount of ED medication as it metabolizes it similarily, unlike a boosted PI that increases the level. Anyone on atripla have similar effects? Should I up my dosage of cialis?

TigerMilner Posted December 1, 2012 Report Posted December 1, 2012 These are questions for your ID specialist or Immunologist. I take Complera, which is 2/3 of what Atripla is and I sometimes like to take Viagra. None of the issues you guys mention are a problem.
Guest Posted December 1, 2012 Report Posted December 1, 2012 I thik it is the 1/3 that causes it...the efavirenz from what i've read...i didn't get the prescription from ID specialist, I've just shared some with some FBs before...I like to use them especially at the bath houses
Ingulphus Posted December 1, 2012 Report Posted December 1, 2012 I've been on Atripla for almost 6 years, and have had no joy from Viagra, Cialis or Levitra. What has worked is a Chinese "herbal" "100% natural" knock-off of Viagra called Silver Sword - it's a typical bootleg in that the dose is variable pill by pill (actually two pills that are taken together), but it's given me the Viagra blue vision where prescription V didn't. The other, much more dependable "enhancer" is trimix, prescribed by my urologist. An injection gives me a 2 to 3 hour bionic boner that won't go down, no matter what - a complete gift. Bimix might work just as well (it does for my husband), but the three chemicals together (papaverine and two others I always forget) is what I can depend on when I'm topping. The only drawbacks are that it has to be made up by a compounding pharmacy, it isn't stable (once compounded, you have 28 days to use it or it becomes inert), and while not cheap ($50 for a 5 ml vial), is cheaper per dose than Viagra.
